No. Turning to Jesus in Hades is harder than turning to Jesus in this life. Jesus said that not everyone will make the good choice and leave Hades. Those who don’t turn to Jesus will face Jesus as Judge of all they have done.
Even then, they will have an opportunity to seek forgiveness. But their habit of denying responsibility will be entrenched. Some people, it seems, will still not be interested in forgiveness, even after ages and ages of Jesus, angels and people trying to convince them they need this forgiveness,
