The development of Artificial Intelligence, AI, has made it much easier for people to find out standard answers to questions. AI is able to search and synthesize the contents of the internet providing a swift summary of all that is written in thousands of web pages as it applies to any particular question. AI is a helpful tool to find out what has been and is being taught about anything. Major search engines use AI to provide free answers.
AI is also weak at providing anything fresh. By its nature, it dismisses minority, distinctive views. As the standard answers of AI become more uniform, fresh answers are and will be more valuable than ever. Some fresh answers may never gain the status of older more established answers, although some will gain that status over time. Immediately fresh answers will make people think, will keep debate alive, will retain the possibility of development and change in Christian thinking.
